I’m Not Sure Where to Start, Is That Okay?
Yes. Most people reaching out haven’t sorted out everything yet, and that’s a normal place to be. There are two ways to have that first conversation:
A complimentary 15-minute call. A phone or Zoom conversation to talk through your situation and understand your options under New Jersey law. It’s exploratory, not document review or a detailed strategy session.
A 60-minute consultation, $250. This is a limited-scope session, in person, by phone, or by Zoom, where documents get reviewed and specific strategy gets discussed together. The fee is credited toward your retainer if you move forward. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
